It's near impossible to build a structure of any sort around Josiah without him displaying his ninja skills and "HI-YAH"ing it down.
Gabriella, Mikey, Isaac and Alyana grew discouraged today as Daddy and I sat back and observed their halfway-built-tower fall time and time again, on Josiah account. It was Daddy who finally spoke out in wisdom explaining that Josiah may be distracted from his own yearnings if he feels valued in the process. He went on explaining that when Josiah is given a responsibility and in-turn realizes he is contributing to the cause, he is less likely to think about what it is that only he desires.
They took heed to the wonderful wisdom and indeed it proved true. At least for some bit of time it did. Ultimately Josiah hasn't quite groomed the self-control needed to resist the urge in kicking that awesome tower and watching it come tumbling down.
