Dirt Pie

I love those dirty fingers and dusty bottoms. There really isn't anything better than watching the three of them enjoy each other while playing outside, making imaginary dirt pies and generously sharing them with everyone around. 

I took a dozen or so pictures of sweet Mikey making his dirt pie and though it seems I should be able to narrow these few incredibly similar pictures a bit more, I just couldn't. I love everything about each one. After snapping picture thirteen or so (and without even looking up from what he was doing) Mikey unabashedly stated, "Momma, that's enough pictures." :) 

We even have a fully functioning oven outside. 

Sigh...I love spring evenings.
